Delivery

Preferably a hotel, addressed to a registered guest. No B&B’s.

Shipping to a venue or other address? It is your responsibility to make sure someone is there to receive the delivery: inform the venue or the people staying there, and keep the contact person’s cellphone switched on. UPS cannot redeliver at a set time, and a missed delivery can mean your print arrives too late.

We contact the venue before delivery to make sure they accept the goods.

Tell us the deadline and we confirm feasibility by email, before anything is charged.

Order conditions

Please read before you order.

    Comunicate the deadline of the event.

    Please provide a name and cellphone number (not a landline) of a contact person registered as a guest at any hotel. A hotel is preferred above any venue where things can get lost. Please contact the hotel prior to delivery to ensure they’ll accept the goods.

    To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that production of the quoted materials is considered authorized and confirmed only once payment has been received and processed. An invoice will be issued and sent to you after payment has been received.

    Production will commence only upon payment confirmation and will follow the agreed turnaround time. Any delay in payment will result in a corresponding delay in production and delivery.

    For production, I require either:

    • A high-resolution print-ready PDF file at 100% final size, including bleed where applicable; or
    • A Canva editing link that allows me to access and modify the artwork if required for printing purposes.

    To avoid errors, delays, and unnecessary revisions, I prefer to communicate directly with the graphic designer responsible for the artwork whenever possible. Direct communication helps prevent misunderstandings regarding file specifications, dimensions, bleed, resolution, colors, and other technical printing requirements.

    To ensure a more efficient and trouble-free delivery, we prefer to ship straight to your hotel, addressed to a registered guest. This way, we guarantee you receive your package conveniently without any issue. Delivery date means delivery in the entire day, we can’t promise delivery at 8am. Preferably give a day extra for delivery, better safe than sorry.

    An invoice will be issued and sent to you after payment has been received. Can you share with me your complete business details for invoice purposes, so I can send you immediately an invoice.

One piece is a real order

No minimum quantity. A single embroidered polo gets the same proof and the same check before it ships as a run of five hundred.
