Tier 1 — Rome
True same-day service.
Files received by 9:00, printed and delivered to your venue or hotel in Rome by 15:00 — via UPS or 1-hour courier within Rome. This tier covers flyers and roll-up banners.
Tier 2 — Milan, Florence, Bologna & the rest of Italy
Reliable, but planned.
Delivery by UPS — add one working day. It arrives during the day and can't be scheduled to a specific hour. If your event is in Bologna, contact us two days before — not the night before.
Honest pricing
What printing honestly costs in Italy.
Foreigners fear being overcharged in a country where they don't speak the language. The fear points the wrong way. Standard-timing printing in Italy is generally cheaper than in the Netherlands, and Northern European prices climb by the day. The real risk in Italy isn't price. It's timing — which is exactly what we solve.
Our pricing philosophy is Dutch: a quote is a quote. If we make a mistake in the quote, we absorb it. The only exception is when the mistake is in your favor. A client once paid for A4 prints when the job was actually A5. We refunded the difference before they noticed anything was wrong.
Rush work costs more, and we say so openly. Urgent printing with 1-hour courier delivery costs real money to operate, and honest shops charge for it instead of pretending urgency is free.

Milan
Italy's business capital deserves a printing partner that keeps up. We print and ship within 24h, with delivery 1–2 days later to MiCo, Milano Congressi, Fiera Milano (Rho), Allianz MiCo, and any hotel in the city. Delivered 1–2 days later.
Florence
For events at Fortezza da Basso, Palazzo dei Congressi, or any of the stunning Renaissance venues the city is known for, we handle your printing so you can focus on the event itself. Delivery available city-wide.
