How a BolognaFiere order works.

The fair district has its own rhythm.

BolognaFiere sits in the Fiera district, north-east of the historic centre, with the Palazzo dei Congressi on Piazza della Costituzione right beside it. During large shows such as Cosmoprof, Cersaie and the Bologna Children's Book Fair, the goods entrances are busy on set-up days. Give us your hall and stand number and we time the shipment for set-up.

Hotels fill up fast.

In big fair weeks, rooms near the Fiera go early and many exhibitors stay in the centre or outside the city. If you'd rather have your materials at the hotel, send us that address instead. We deliver to either.

Congresses need different print.

Medical and academic congresses at the Palazzo dei Congressi tend to need poster-session prints, programmes, name badges and delegate folders more than stand graphics. Poster sizes are set by the organiser, often A0, so check the guidelines and send the size with your file.

Bologna is close to Rome.

The two cities are about two and a half hours apart by high-speed train, and we deliver to Bologna regularly. Your order arrives in 1–2 days, or next day by 13:00 when it's urgent.

Yes, we deliver there regularly. Include the hall and stand number with your order, plus the name of whoever will be on the stand to receive it.

Yes. Send the PDF at the size your organiser specifies, often A0, and we print it and ship it rolled in a tube so it arrives without creases.

Delivery to Bologna takes 1–2 days from approved file, or next day by 13:00 when it's urgent. To be safe, approve your files one extra day before that. Tighter deadlines are sometimes possible, so ask us on WhatsApp first.

Yes. We ship anywhere in Italy, so a hotel in Modena, Ferrara or out by the airport is fine. Send the full address and the name on the booking.

Yes, and Dutch and Italian. We're a Dutch-Italian company printing in Rome since 2008, so you can brief us in English and we handle the Italian side with the courier.
