We recently printed for a London-based conference production company running events in Prague and Berlin. For Berlin we printed twice. The second run was printed on Thursday morning, shipped that afternoon and delivered in Berlin on Friday at 13:00.
How it works
Ordering print for an event abroad.
Start with the city and the date.
Delivery times depend on the destination. Send the city, the hotel or venue and the date you need the materials, and we confirm what's possible before you approve the quote.
Hotel delivery is the safe choice.
As in Italy, we recommend your hotel. Reception signs for the parcel and you collect it on arrival. Venue deliveries abroad usually follow the organiser's set-up schedule.
One printer for several cities.
If your events move from city to city, we print for all of them and send each order to the right address. You brief one printer, in English.
Reprints when plans change.
When numbers go up or a box goes missing, we can reprint files we already have quickly, as we did for the second Berlin run.
