What's different about printing for Florence.

Most fairs happen inside a fortress.

Fortezza da Basso is a 16th-century fortress a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station, and it's where Firenze Fiera runs its biggest shows, including the Pitti Immagine fashion fairs. The pavilions sit inside the old walls, so send us your pavilion and stand number along with the venue name. It saves time at the gate.

The historic centre is a limited traffic zone.

Much of central Florence is a ZTL, where vans need a permit and delivery windows are short. If your hotel is inside it, we plan the drop-off around those rules, or deliver to the venue instead. Tell us early which you prefer.

Old buildings, small lifts.

Many hotels and meeting rooms in Florence are in historic palazzi. Roll-ups come in a carry bag and large posters ship rolled in tubes, so one person can carry everything up a narrow staircase.

Venues beyond the Fortezza.

The Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari sit right next to the Fortezza and host congresses and corporate meetings. Stazione Leopolda, a former railway station, is used for launches and fashion events. We deliver to all of them.

Yes. Send the pavilion and stand number with your files and we ship straight to the Fortezza, or to the Palazzo dei Congressi next door if your event is there.

Usually, yes. The courier delivers within the permitted hours. If your schedule is tight, we can send everything to the venue instead, where set-up times are easier to plan around.

Lookbooks, price lists, business cards, invitations for buyer appointments and posters for the stand. Tell us whether you want a matte or gloss finish on the lookbook and we'll suggest a paper stock.

Your order arrives in Florence in 1–2 days, or next day by 13:00 when it's urgent. For a show opening on Monday, have your files approved by the Tuesday before to be safe.

We've been printing in Rome since 2008 and work in English, Dutch and Italian, so you can brief us in your own language. Florence is about 280 km away, and our courier delivers there the day after printing.
