Delivery times
From approved file to your hotel, stand or venue. Outside Rome we ship by UPS: it arrives during the day and can't be booked for a specific hour.
To be safe, plan one extra day before your event. For events outside Italy, ask us and we confirm the date with your quote.
What file format should I send for printing?
A print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed is ideal. Angelo's team also regularly fixes files that arrive as Word docs, Canva exports or phone photos — if you're not sure your file is ready, send it anyway and someone will tell you before printing, not after.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. Plenty of exhibitors order a single roll-up banner or fifty business cards for one meeting. Larger runs get better per-unit pricing, but small jobs are welcome and priced fairly.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card, invoiced in euros with full IVA documentation for expense claims. Corporate clients with recurring orders can be set up with monthly invoicing on request.
Can you ship outside Rome?
Yes. Daily shipments go out across Italy: 1–2 days to Milan, Florence, Bologna and the rest of North and Centre Italy (next day by 13:00 when urgent), 2–3 days to the South and islands. We also ship abroad, for example to your next event or back home. See the delivery table above.
Do you speak English?
Yes, and Dutch too. Angelo is Italian, his business partner is Dutch, and the shop has worked with English-speaking exhibitors since 2008 — no translation apps needed.
