What congress delegates order, and how it gets to you.

Allianz MiCo is in the Portello and CityLife area of Milan. Many delegates stay nearby, which makes hotel delivery simple.

Poster sessions have rules.

Congresses set the size and orientation of every poster. Send the guidelines with your file and we check size, bleed and resolution before printing. Posters ship rolled in a tube you can carry to the poster hall.

Hotel first, venue if needed.

Congress venues usually take deliveries only at set times or through the organiser, and a parcel left at the wrong desk is hard to find on day one. At a hotel, reception signs for it and keeps it for you.

Numbers change late.

Programmes and handouts often need more copies once registrations close. Order about a week ahead for the best price; if the numbers go up, we print the extra and deliver next day by 13:00.
