How a Fiera Milano order works.
The fairground is outside Milan.
Fiera Milano is in Rho, north-west of the city. Most exhibitors sleep in Milan and travel out each morning.
Why we suggest the hotel.
Hotel reception signs for the parcel and holds it until you check in, so your materials travel to the stand with you. Deliveries to the fairground follow each show's set-up rules and hours. If you prefer the venue, send us those instructions with your hall and stand number.
Big shows fill the hotels.
During large fairs at Rho, rooms in Milan go early and many people stay in towns further out. Send us the hotel you have actually booked and your check-in date, and we time the delivery to it.
A week ahead, or next day by 13:00.
Ordering about one week before the show gets you the best price. If something is missing after you arrive, we can deliver to your hotel next day by 13:00.
